If I make my appointment online, can I reschedule it if necessary?


Yes. If you originally made your appointment online, you can log back in to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellation, reschedule, or downgrade in session, made less than 24 hours in advance, is subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Please retain your registration and/or confirmation email.




How will my registration information be used?


Your information is collected and used by Prestige Portraits for appointment notification and updates. Your registration information will not be used for any other purposes.




What does my sitting fee include?


Your sitting fee pays for time spent with your photographer(s) at your session. Your sitting fee is not applied toward your portrait order.




How do I schedule an appointment at my school?


Some schools will open their campus during the summer time to allow for students to have their photo taken closer to home as opposed to visiting our studios. To see if your school has any on campus photo dates available, please visit prestigeportraits.com and enter your 8 digit appointment code, or click on "locate your school." If you need further assistance, call your local Prestige office at 972.669.9200
